Booking FAQs

You are welcome to rearrange your appointment up to two times prior to your appointment with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Contact me if you need to rearrange your appointment closer to the appointment date.

You can cancel your appointment within 48 hours of booking or two weeks in advance for a £10 admin fee. I will aim to process the refund within 24 hours but it may take up to two weeks to come through from the payment system.

Cancellations 13 days to seven days in advance will incur a 25% fee. Cancellations within seven days incur a 50% fee and 100% for cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment

If you have a specific request, for example, adding an item only included in the comprehensive fit to the quick fit or cleat fit, please contact me. It may be that we will have time during the appointment to accommodate your request or we may need to add on some time.
